A quarter of SME trading companies currently do not feel prepared for the upcoming Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG, German WEEE conversion). The same applies to the innovations in the Packaging Act. This was the result of a survey among the sellers of a well-known online marketplace:
“Most traders think very little of the federal government and political measures for online trade: Six out of ten respondents perceive the work of the federal government in relation to the industry as poor or even very poor. This is partly due to the numerous legal requirements for their own business,” writes Onlinehändler News.
Do you also have concrete problems with legal requirements for which you cannot find a solution? If so, then join the VERE association today. We represent the interests of over 4,000 companies.
