On October 16th, 2014 the workshop "The Mechatronics in the Focus of the REACh Regulation, RoHS directive and the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG/WEEE)" will take place in Nuremberg/Germany. The workshop shall show manufacturers, importers and retailers how to implement REACh, RoHS and ElektroG/WEEE within the law. Mr. Sebastian Siebert of the take-e-way GmbH will speak about the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG/WEEE). The event will be organised by the Cluster Mechatronik & Automation e.V. and takes place in cooperation with the Bureau Veritas and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Nuremberg for Central Franconia c/o Automation Valley northern Bavaria. The workshop will be hold in German language.

Third electronics seminar in Hamburg/Germany
Furthermore, the Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Germany GmbH and take-e-way will present the third mutual seminar on “Legal Requirements for Electrical & Electronic Products” on November 12th, 2014 in Hamburg/Germany.
The seminar provides basics, definitions and obligations of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG/WEEE), RoHS and the Battery Act.
